All processes such as working hours, wage policies, leave rights, occupational health and safety practices, disciplinary procedures are determined in accordance with the Labor Law and legal regulations and cannot be acted on otherwise.

OUR HUMAN RESOURCES POLICY ON THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

The Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“KVK Law”) brings important regulations regarding the protection and legal processing of personal data. With this Law, it is aimed to discipline the processing of personal data and to prevent the violation of personal rights as a result of unlimited and arbitrary collection, opening to access by unauthorized persons, disclosure or misuse or misuse of personal data. For this purpose, it is aimed to prevent the illegal processing of these data by establishing control mechanisms regarding the processing of personal data.

OUR POLICY ON THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA OF EMPLOYEE CANDIDATES

Union of Municipalities and General Services Workers of Turkey and Belediye İş Union Economic Enterprise – As the Human Resources department of Grand Belish Hotel (“Data Controller”), it is also outlined in the Policy on the Protection and Processing of Personal Data of Employees, which we have established in accordance with the Law on Protection of Personal Data No. 6698. In line with the principles on the protection and processing of personal data of the "Employee Candidates" we provide, more comprehensive information and regulations on the subject are determined by this Policy on the Protection and Processing of Personal Data of Candidate Employees ("Policy").
