RECRUITMENT PROCESS

Compliance with our corporate culture and values ​​are the most important criteria we consider throughout the whole process in our recruitment process. Applications to our company are evaluated according to open positions, and candidates who meet the required qualifications are invited for an interview. At least two interviews are held with the candidates by the Human Resources, with the participation of the relevant managers of the position.


Our managers are personally involved in the whole process, get to know our candidates better and work effectively with Human Resources to make the most appropriate recruitment.


After these stages, candidates who are found suitable for the position are informed about wages and fringe benefits and a job offer is made. With the agreement of the candidate, the recruitment process is carried out and the orientation process is started.


Candidates who cannot be evaluated for the current position as a result of the interviews are informed about the result of the recruitment process.
