  • What is all inclusive concept and what is included?

    All inclusive concept includes morning breakfast, lunch, snack service, tea time, dinner, night soup and between 10:00 to 24:00 at our bars we serve open alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages and hot beverages. Pool, hamam, sauna, fitness uses are free of charge.

    ** EXTRA SERVICES: A la carte restaurants, massage and pouch service at SPA, service at Coffium Patisserie, import beverages, cans and lid beverages, fresh juices, turkish coffee, minibar and room service, pillow, blanket and laundry services and games working with coins at playground will be charged extra.

  • What is half board concept and what is included?

    In half board concept it includes breakfast and dinner. our half board guests will have all beverages charging as extra. Pool, hamam, sauna and fitness use are free of charge.

  • When is the summer and winter concepts at hotel?

    Summer concept is valid on between 01st of April to 31st of October, Winter concept is valid on between 01st of November to 31st of March.

    IMPORTANT! Our terms mentioned top can be changed for weather conditions and other specific terms of hotel. All of facilities of hotel are not belonged to summer/winter concept, each outlets have a start / ending date for service. Management have the right for construction in indoor swimming pool during summer season. The Hotel Management keeps the right to make any necessary changes.

  • What are paid Services?

    Health and beauty services at SPA, coiffeur, shops, photographer, health services, coin games in the playground, laundry & dry cleaning services, A’la carte restaurants, 24 hours room service, late check out, airport transfers.

  • Does the hotel provide airport transfer? What's the price?

    If you want to organise the transfer from or to airport, you need to provide us number of passengers, guest informations and flight informations. Price depends on number of passengers.

    IMPORTANT! The reservation of transfer from / to airport has to be done until before 3 days of arrival or departure day.

  • How far is the hotel to airport?

    The hotel is 100 km away from İzmir Adnan Menderes Airport. The road takes approximately 1.5 hours (depends on traffic.)

  • What is the check in time to hotel?

    Check in time starts at 14:00. When you are reserving, you may request an early check in. It can be considered depends on hotel availability, but not confirmed directly.

  • What is the check out time? Can be extended?

    Check out time is 12:00. If you want tos tay at hotel after giving back the room key, you may inform reception, if there is availability, you may continue to use with a price.

    IMPORTANT! To continue for using facilities without permission will be cause a cost as ´´illegal use´ with a high pricing.

  • Are pets allowed for accommodation?

    Unfortunately at hotel we don’t accept pet accommodation.

  • Is there a parking service?

    We have open parking lots. When the open parking lot is full, the roads around the hotel will be used. The guest can park by ourselves. The cars will be recorded. During stay the guests will be responsible from the usage of parking lot.

  • What languages are spoken at the hotel?

    Turkish, English, German and French.

  • In which ways is the room account paid?

    Hotel accept Visa and Master cards, cash in Turkish liras, Dolars, Euros and Pounds payments.

  • Is it possible to exchange currency at the hotel?

    Due to legal permissions unfortunately hotel can not accept for changing currencies.

  • Can I have benefit from health services at the hotel?

    At our hotel health services are paid. The infirmary is open between 09:00 and 17:00. In case of emergency, please contact the Guest Relations Department.

  • Is there a pharmacy in the hotel?

    There is no pharmacy in the hotel. We can help you to order the necessary medicine from the nearest pharmacy. For this, you need to contact Guest Relations.

  • Is there a shop in the hotel?

    On the ground floor there is market, bijouterie, textile, souvenir shops.

  • Does your hotel have a car rental office?

    Please contact the Guest Relations Department for your car rental requests.

  • Is smoking allowed in the hotel? Where is it?

    Tobacco products cannot be used in most of our rooms and indoor areas. Tobacco (except hookah) products can be used in open areas and room balconies. If needed, an ashtray can be provided for the balcony of your room.

  • Is there any ATM at hotel or nearby?

    In the hotel there is no ATM, the nearest is 6 km away

  • Is there internet access (wi-fi)? Where to use?

    Wi-fi is available in all rooms and public areas of the hotel. It is free.

  • Does the hotel have a laundry service?

    Laundry service is available (paid service).

  • Can a celebration be organized for special days at the hotel?

    We will be happy to assist you to make your special days memorable. For this reason, we prepare special packages such as birthday, wedding anniversary or honeymoon as a gift for you. For more information please contact with guest relations department.

  • Does the Hotel Offer Business Services?

    There are 5 meeting rooms in different capacities and sizes in our hotel. You can get more information from our hotel official site.

  • Is there an A’la Carte restaurant at hotel? How Can I Make Reservation?

    There is an A'la carte restaurant for seafood in our hotel. A'la carte restaurant is a paid service and at guest relations department a reservation must be made at least 1 day in advance (between 10:30 and 13:00). (For our guests staying for 1 week, A’la carte is provided free of charge for one time.)

  • Is there 7/24 hours food or beverage service in the hotel?

    Room service (paid) serves for 7/24 hours.

  • Is there a lunch package service?

    We have lunch package service available. Requests must be notified to the guest relations 1 day in advance until 17:00

  • What are Paid and Free Spa Services at the Hotel?

    Turkish bath (+16), sauna (+16), indoor swimming pool (from 1 November to 31 May heated) and fitness (+16) are free of charge. All SPA services will be paid services.

  • How is the use of tennis courts?

    We have 1 concrete floor tennis court. Usage is free for our hotel guests. Equipment is provided with a deposit. Court lighting is chargeable. You need to contact Guest Relations for reservation.

  • Do you have babysitting service?

    We do not have a babysitting service.

  • What is the age limit for the kids club?

    Children aged 4 and under can stay in the kids club under parental supervision. There is no any other age limit.

  • Is the beach area pebbles or sandy beaches?

    We have the beach with blue flag and sea with sand ground.

  • How many pools does the hotel have?

    There are 4 pools in our hotel, one out door, one indoor, one children's pool and one pool with slides.

  • Does the hotel have a heated pool?

    There is one indoor heated pool.

    IMPORTANT! The heating system is turned on in the winter season and the maximum temperature value is 27 degrees.

  • Is there a minibar in the hotel rooms? Is it a paid service?

    There are minibars in rooms and they are delivered empty. If you request, it is filled in with a fee.

  • Is there an iron in the hotel rooms? Is there a private ironing room?

    Considering the safety and fire rules, the hotel does not have an ironing room or ironing service in the rooms. Laundry service is available for ironing (with charge).

  • Do hotel rooms have safes? Is it paid?

    The hotel rooms are equipped with a safe. It is free.

  • Are there bathtubs in the rooms?

    All our hotel rooms have shower cabins.

  • What type of air conditioning is available in the rooms?

    There is central air conditioning system in our hotel.

    IMPORTANT! Cooling and heating settings are determined by the hotel according to summer/winter season.

  • Is there an option for an extra bed for an extra guest in the rooms?

    Extra beds are available in each room, which varies according to the room type. There is a baby bed in rooms with a double bed, a foldable sofa (190 cm * 90 cm) in rooms with two separate beds, and a foldable extra bed in other room types. In the superior rooms, the sofas in the living room will turn to a single bed. In addition, an optional baby bed is also available.

  • Are there rooms for disabled guests at the hotel?

    Our hotel has 2 rooms for our disabled guests. All areas are accessible for wheelchair except disco, Vinea A’la Carte Restaurant and the roof bar.
